Executive Leadership and Business Coach

Dan Middleton has worked for large and small corporations with over 30 years of management and senior management experience. He is a senior experienced Leadership and Business Coach, who brings all his experiences directly to his clients for their success. He has a coaching style that guarantees clients will achieve extraordinary results.

Dan has been successful in multiple facets of businesses. He started his engineering career as an early adopter of CAD/CAM systems. He then moved into Fleet Management and led a major business process reengineering project and later co-founded the first MasterCard Fleet Card. His credit card experience moved him out to San Francisco to head up all business credit card operations for Wells Fargo. While at Wells Fargo, he developed the Leadership Coaching program for the division and then started his own company. Since 2008, Dan has brought all these experiences to his coaching clients. He has been coaching and consulting with clients on entrepreneurship, technology, operations, project management, product management, training and development, strategic planning, vendor management, human resource management.
